Cogent’s managerial staff have been providing pre-eminent cleaning and contract management to clients well before the incorporation of Cogent  Combined, we have in excess of 65 years experience in the industry.

We have extensive experience in providing both cleaning and facilities management services to a broad customer base from medium sized companies through to large national multi site companies. Cogent is able to tailor a cleaning solution to suit the needs of every client regardless of how large or small its size and/or budget.

All of our staff are fully trained and have undergone stringent police checks.  Prior to commencement, our cleaning staff are subject to a full training programme and are regularly supervised by our managers to identify where further training is required and to ensure that the cleaning services you receive are of the highest possible standard.

Response Times

Having a large pool of cleaning staff, provides us with immediate access to additional staff when most required in times such as emergency callouts (ie floods etc), absenteeism through illness / annual leave or client requested additional works

Most cleaning companies subcontract the specialised services to other companies.  At Cogent, we possess the latest technology in equipment for services such as hot water extraction for carpet/upholstery cleaning, hard floor stripping and sealing, pressure washing, grout cleaning, etc.

We understand it is difficult to entrust the security of your premises and its contents to a third party.  In order to provide comfort to its clients, Cogent undertakes all police and security checks legally available to it, on all staff that are involved in the delivery of the services to your premises
